We started the season with several trips to the 390--371 area for smaller albacore. The weather was usually good and the fish close. This was quite a contrast from last year. Our averages were up from last year but the fish were smaller. In the figure below each series of images represents the track for 1 trip


Towards the end of the season Yellowfin dominated the catches and our last Yellowfin trip was to the 181-182 area. Overall we made 7 Tuna Trips and 3 bottom trips and logged over 200 hours on the Seabears new motors.
